What is your return policy?
We’re proud of our work and appreciate your willingness to try our products. We’re sure you’ll be happy with your purchase; but if you’re not – don’t worry – we offer a satisfaction guarantee!

This is our full-time occupation and how we support ourselves and our family. As a mother and daughter team of artists, we work hard to come up with exciting new designs, create the PDF and video tutorials for them, and build and manage the websites and all other aspects of the business side that enable us to share and deliver our products to you. We work very hard to make each of our beading tutorials as clear and concise as possible and utilize the latest technology available to make downloading and viewing them as fast, easy and convenient as possible for you. However, we’re still human and do occasionally slip up. And as we all know, while technology is great, it can have its moments too.

If you have any problem with one of our tutorials, or with the technology side, please rest assured – we’ll make it right! Just contact us with your concern and we’ll do our very best to work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner. If we can’t make it right, we’ll gladly refund your purchase price.

How do I receive my order?
As soon as you place your order, an automated email will be sent to you with the link(s) to download your new video tutorial(s). If you create an account during checkout, you can also download your new video tutorial(s) by going to the My Account page on the top menu bar and your new video tutorial(s) will be listed under “Available Downloads.

What file format are the video tutorials and how do I play them?
All of our video tutorials are in MP4 format and are viewable across virtually all platforms.  MP4 format is great for compressing large files without loosing quality.  The easiest way to open an MP4 file is to click on it and let your computer or device find which default application should open the file.

What if I am not able to download and play the video tutorial?
If you have a Google account, we can email you a private link to the video tutorial which you can view on YouTube (no download required).

How do I download a free preview video?
To download a free preview video, add the video to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button.  Then, go to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.  When you click “Place Order” you will not be directed to PayPal since the video is free.  You will receive an automated email as soon as you place your order with the link to download your video.  You can also download the video from the My Account page on the top menu bar of our website.

I have bought from you before, but I can’t log in?
We have multiple websites and unfortunately the web tools we use require you to create an account on each site that you want to purchase from – the websites are not connected.   You just need to create an account during checkout on the new website that you are purchasing from.   If desired, feel free to use the same user name and password for each of our websites.

How do I create an account?
Once you add your items to your shopping cart, click on the Cart button on the top menu bar, then click the Proceed to Checkout button on the Cart page.  When you are filling out the order form, below the email address and phone number fields, there is a check box to create an account.  Below that, you can create a password and user name.  You should then be able to place your order at the bottom of the page.

How do I update my password for my account?
If you click on My Account on the top menu bar, you should be prompted to log in.  There is a lost password link in blue that you can click on that will take you to a page where you can enter your email address.  An automated email will be sent to you with a link to create a new password.  If you do not receive the email in a couple of minutes (you may need to check your spam folder) then email us at Support@DragonflyLane.com.

I want to take advantage of the buy 3 and get 1 free sale, but when I add the 4th video tutorial to my cart, it is not coming up as free.  What do I do?
During our buy 3 and get 1 free sale, you do not need to purchase your free tutorial for the buy 3 and get 1 free sale.  Just let us know which tutorial of equal or lesser value you would like for free in the order notes section during checkout and we will email it to you within 24 hours, though usually much sooner.

If I buy 6 video tutorials, do I get 2 free?  If I buy 9 tutorials, do I get 3 free?
Yes, during our buy 3 and get 1 free sale, every 3 video tutorials you buy, you get 1 free!

I am trying to place my order with Internet Explorer and when I click “Place Order” on the checkout page, nothing is happening.  What do I do?
If you’re have trouble placing an order and you are using Internet Explorer please try placing your order with a different browser, such as FireFox or Google Chrome, or please email us at Support@DragonflyLane.com.  You can also place your order from our Etsy shop www.SimpleBeadVideos.Etsy.com.

How do I place my order via the phone?
If you prefer, you can now place your order over the phone by calling our toll free number and using our automated order taking system anytime day or night!  We will not collect your credit card over the phone – just your order and contact information.  We will then email you an order confirmation with a link to PayPal so you can pay with either your credit card (no PayPal account required) or your PayPal account.  Once we receive payment confirmation then we will email you your tutorials.  Click here to learn more.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal.

I don’t have a PayPal account.  Do you accept credit cards?
You can also pay with a credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.  To place your order with a credit card, click on the “Place Order” button the the Checkout page.  You will then be directed to PayPal.  Once you are at the PayPal screen and you are asked to log into a PayPal account, click on “Don’t have a PayPal account” underneath the yellow log in button, directly below the “Forgot email or password” link.  You will then be able to enter your credit card info without setting up a PayPal account.  Please contact Support@DragonflyLane.com if you have any trouble.

Can I sell the jewelry I make with the video tutorials I purchase?
Yes, you can sell the handmade jewelry that you make using our patterns!  We just ask that you please give credit for the design to Dragonfly Lane.

Can I share the tutorials I purchase?
Our tutorials are protected by copyright law.  Making copies of our tutorials to either sell or give away is strictly prohibited by law.

Where are you located?  Do you have a shop?
We are located in Gig Harbor, WA.  No, we do not have a shop, but maybe someday!

Where do you purchase your beading supplies?
We buy our beads and supplies from the following online retailers: ArtBeads, Shipwreck Beads, Beadaholique, Fusion Beads and Lima Beads.
